Bread Improvers

Bakers Dream produces bread improvers, which are a mixture of ingredients added in a specific proportion to the flour while being mixed in the dough kneader. Bread improvers help the dough to rise during the fermentation process and maintain the maximum volume possible. Bakers Dream improvers are free of any harmful, poisonous or internationally prohibited substances.

Facts About Bread Improvers

• All kinds of rising bread in the world need improvers added to the dough to help it rise, in the same way as yeast.

• Improvers create air pockets in the dough, turning it into a kind of sponge and significantly reducing its weight (in case of volume uniformity). These bubbles help to cook the dough well from inside and become edible.

• In the absence of bread improvers, the bread will be about 40% heavier and thus will be non-edible, resulting in a significant loss of flour / dough.

A 300-gram is used per 100 kg on flour; especially in hot areas. Special improver is made to control the reactions inside the dough for a better result. It provides high quality and avoids dough from shrinking during fermentation. It is packed 20 Sachet each 300gr.

2. Golden Soft Improver: An improver for all kinds of soft bread: Milk bread, toast, hamburger buns, croissants (all kinds of dough that rise). It is suitable for all kinds of flour and is used by 0.4 to 0.6% in the flour. Golden Soft improver is made to control the dough reactions and softens the dough, for a better result. It provides high quality bread and prevents dough from collapsing during fermentation. It is packed in paper bags of 10 kg net weight.

Around 13.5 grams is used per 50 kg of flour; especially in hot areas. Super Dough is of high quality and made to control the reactions inside the dough for a better result.   • Multi Seed Mix: Formed of a variety of seeds including oat, linseed, sesame, sunflower, corn, poppy, pumpkin, colza and soya. It is used for decoration of bread, while giving it a delicious taste and a special, appealing look. It is packed in paper bags of 10 kg. Net weight.

  • Slim Light: Formed of wild herbs and seaweed richin protein, amino acids and fiber and made in a scientific and healthy way. It ensures a better digestion and helps lose weight gradually, while reducing sugar and cholesterol. It is used by 5 to %7 in the flour and packed in paper bags of 10 kg. Net weight.
